Anyone planning on attending? Would be happy to hook up during one of the days. Can meet Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (morning). Or stop by in nearby Clarksville on your way there or back!

Hi, Mike -Sorry, but I've no idea. Never been to one. Stand by, though; I'm sure someone will chime in soon.

Yeah, Wedgies get no respect.

One day soon I plan on doing all the "local" venues.

At least the TRA is making progress, there was a time that they only considered sidescreen TRs!

I plan on departing Auburn, Indiana on the morning of Wednesday June 12th for the leisurely 7 hour drive to western Kentucky. I and the TR2 have attended 8 of the last 12 TRA events. Great people and great cars (in that order)!

Mickey - it is hard for you to ignore this meet since it is almost in your backyard. See ya there

Anyone else?

Hello all!
We'll be leaving early on Tuesday, June 11. Our route takes us across Maryland, VA, WV, Ohio and KY. First night in Athens, Ohio and second in Hopkinsville, KY. We hope to arrive at the meet by noon on Thursday, June 13. If you would like to caravan send me a PM for my cell phone number, etc.

Great, Frank!

How about breakfast or lunch on Thursday as a meetup for BCF folks? Anyone interested?

Wouldn't miss it. It's always a great time with wonderful friends, and fantastic cars. In answer to the question about the number of cars, it is generally between 50 and 70 side screens with a smattering of the "other" category.

Frank,

If you are going VA to WV it sounds like you might be passing by Staunton on 81 or 11 so wave in a general westerly direction as you drive by.

Count Lou Metelko in on the Thursday get together!

DNK:
The Auburn - Cord - Duesenberg Museum here in Auburn is the jewel of the city of Auburn if not the state of Indiana. I spent about 10 years as a member of the so called "pit crew". A group of about a dozen guys that maintains the running condition of all of the roughly 125 classics. If planning to attend, schedule at least three hours to absorb all the museum has to offer. Fantastic building and museum. www.ACDmuseum.org

OK - Thursday it is. Breakfast or lunch? I was thinking breakfast to free you up for scheduled events. I'm an early bird, so no problem for me.

Mickey

OOPS! Just re-read Frank's post, and he won't arrive until noon.
