Wedge TR8 Radiator mounts

Need a little help here guys. I need to relocate the radiator and condensor in my TR7 foward like in a TR8. I can find mounts for a non A/C TR8, but none for A/C version. I might be able to fabricate something, but I need something to go by. Does anyone have any pictures, schematics, or drawings of these mounts? Authenticity is not important, but ease of use is. Any hints, ideas, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Can't believe you haven't yet gotten a response on this. Sorry I can't be any help, but we'll get it back on top the board at least. Have you played on any of the boards that specialise in putting V8s and such in LBCs? If your weather has been anything like ours you might not need a radiator to keep it cool. Have been regretting not changing the thermostat in my 7 to one that would make the heater put out better.

Dale,
I appreciate the gesture. I haven't really looked anywhere else other than parts websites and catalogs. Apparently most people don't have or want A/C in a TR7 V8. Where I live A/C is almost as important as heating is to the rest of the country.

I do not know the differences myself, but your best bet is to join the TR8 list. There is a large number of experienced people on the list. My TR8 has A/C and I may be able to get some measurements for you. If you are interested, subscribe to majordomo@mercury.lcs.mit.edu and enter "subscribe tr8" or "subscribe tr8-digest" without the quotes in the body of the e-mail. Good luck
