I need some help. This may seem like a duh huh kind of question, but I still don't know. Is the radiator on a TR8 in a different location as the TR7? I haven't seen too many pictures of TR8's, but the radiator APPEARS to be set further foward than the TR7. Is this the case or do I need new glasses?

Wrong Mark, the top radiator attaching mounts and the lower radiator mount for the TR7 and TR8 are different.

part numbers for tr8 radiator mounts upper attaching points are: UKC7988/UKC8459, lower mount is RKC532 NON A/C and RKC3112 W/AC.

part numbers for tr7 radiator mounts upper attaching points are: (2)UKC647 and lower mount is TKC281.

the radiator for the Tr8 sits in at a slight angle if my memory serves me correctly (it's been several years since i parted out the badly rusted TR8 i had), i also believe the radiator is sitting a half inch or so closer to the front of the car.

I second that. Tr7 radiator can be removed in just a few minutes but removing a tr8 with ac was one of the most difficult things I have ever done on these cars. It is way up in the nose.
