Wedge TR7 Intake Bolts

I found them a week or so ago, and some of my parts came in today. (81 FI TR7)

Now I get to start putting it all together. I've blasted and cleaned up the intake manifold. Put all the sensors back in with teflon tape because I really don't like to put dissimilar metals together where corrosion/water is likely.

This is my question. When I use stainless bolts to install the intake manifold into the Aluminum head, should I use anti-seize or thread-lock? If I use anti-seize, does this affect the torque settings?

Thanks,

doesn't teflon tape break the electrical circuit?
