The TR7 I'm going to look at this Saturday either had
the pump removed,or froze up,because the belt was removed.
If I get it,I'll need to smog it in Calif.Are they hard to
find/expensive?

I don't think the pumps are all that hard to find. I see the Spitfire ones quite a bit on ebay, so TR7 ones should be available (maybe even the same pump?). I'll let a TR7 expert chime in, but my first thought is always, if the air pump has been removed, what else has been removed? Often the air rail and check valve have been removed too. Putting a whole emission system back together that's been played with can be annoying.
