Once you get the trim out, <span style="color: #FF6666">you will need a wire</span>. I use a wire designed for removing windshields, but any bare wire with multiple strands will work. Feed the wire thru the adhesive so that one end is inside the car and one end is outside. Wrap the wire around some scrap pieces of wood that can be used as handles. With one person inside and one outside, saw back and forth with the wire as you pull along the adhesive. The wire will slowly cut the adhesive. Once you have gone completely around the windsield, it will lift right out. Whole thing should take about 20 to 30 minutes. Don't loose the little trim clip at the center of the windshield. Those are getting very rare.
