Looking for racing wheels for a TR8 SCCA Solo 2 project. Right now diameter is not as important as width - at least 7" wide. Any thoughts?

WHAT forum?? Maybe he still has them. He spelled tires "tyres" so it may be out of North America.

I still have a couple of sets of 13X7s I would part with. I have one set of Panasport minilites and a set of Two Gates minilites. I also have 2 13X7 Revolutions. The wheels have a 23P offset and will require you to roll the fenders. I ran 225/45/13 Hoosiers on them. If you want new, several vendors are selling a minilite style wheel out of Australia, and The Wedge Shop is selling Compomotives. If you need any other competition parts, I have 15 years worth of TR8 racing spare parts in the garage, the basement, and the attic.
 
Do you have any roll bars? Or anything else that will tighten up my body on my DHC
 
Woody sells a roll bar that Kirk Racing makes up for him. If you don't like that style, I can make you whatever you want. I will be ordering some more pipe soon. I need to tear out the cage in my BMW and make a new one. It came with a bolt in. That BMW was set up for just autoXing, but I want to track it- possible vintage racer.
