Problem: Wanting some sort of windscreen but not particularly into the looks nor fit-up of the plexiglass windscreens for TR6 offered thus far
Solution: Created my own wire mesh windscreen, allows for air flow but without the high volume blow back of wind. 5 Visuals of my interpretation: Add on's should enhance rather than distract from overall look of TR6 on my website:

Thanks Don it TRuly looks better in person and quite functional, held in by 3rd brake light bracket yet still removable 70-80% of that battering wind from the rear Gone! before had to wear wool beanie pulled down over my ears to ward off the battering, wind chill factor & possible ear aches it also allows more of that heater heat to rise when driving topless widows up at hiway speeds, unlike plexiglass enough air flow to keep me cool at lower speeds.

Will put it through several tests including top/widows up rear window zipped out during August journey to ADTI 2011 in Seattle. Day driving visibility looking in rear view mirror good, night driving anticipate less headlight glare from vehicles approaching from rear and during drive yesterday several law enforcement officers were behind me and it didn't appear to freak them out as they could see inside though took secondary peek as they came along side.

Stickler for quality workmanship, speaking of appreciate all the pics on your TR6 Restorers post offers me as a TR6 owner opportunity to see the innards never viewed even after 32 years of ownership, like visuals of that hump in rear under the carpet:smile:
