TR6 TR6 wiring

Picked-up a mint condition heater control ID bar....u know the one that's made of plastic and cost about $150....has the little bulb in it. This is located just under the heater controls on the "H" dash support bracket. My 74' tr6 did not have this item, at least in one full piece when I purchased the car. Question..where do the red and black wires coming out of this new found part get connected? They both have the bullet type connecting ends. The only wires left under the dash in this area that I can see to connect to are a black wire and a red/white wire. I assume this is where they connect, but just want to be sure.

Red is a dash light color, black is ground. When working on a tr6 remember there are 6 different wiring diagrams
only 69 and 70 are the same. Also many harnesses found their way into the next years car, or were made up poorly.
I have installed several new harnesses with defects. You are so hosed when you have spent 8 hours on an installation
only to find a circuit with a bad wire.

I think this is what MD meant to say, but just for clarity: The red/white and black wires are correct. red/white is power from the dash light dimmer; black is ground.
