I have a '74 TR6 . How does the wiper switch knob attach? It looks and feels like a spring loaded button , but the knob hesitates to pull off the stem.

If it's like my '73, there is a small hole on the underside of the knob. You must insert a small screw driver (or similar) and push down on the release while pulling the knob straight off.
