TR6 TR6 Valve Train Specs

Hey All-

I am working on a camshaft-reverse engineer project for my Mechanical Design class here at school. Our current project is to design a camshaft, and do a lifetime fatigue analysis. I have talked my group into doing the camshaft for the TR6 Engine as I am currently restoring one.

However... I am not at that stage of the restoration and would rather hold off on tearing into my engine just to get some dimensions.

Could someone please provide me the following data:

Camshaft nominal diameter

Camshaft Maximum Lobe diameter

Lifter Length and Diameter

Pushrod Length and Diameter

Rough demsions of a rocker arm.

Intake Valve seat diameter

Exhaust Valve seat diameter
I have the Factory Workshop Manual (CD) and therefore have access to the cam specs. But I need rough dimensions for doing the stress, fatigue and wear analysis.

Thanks in advance! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/savewave.gif
