1974 TR6 - Installing a new top dash and refinishing the original hardware. Are the vent covers, tourneau plates, and bolts painted gloss, semi, or flat? Cannot determine from what I’m working with.

Mine are flat but you could get away with using a satin finish. Don't want glossy stuff to reflect the sun into your eyes.
