I need to install another steering column in my 71 TR6.I have not yet found a supplier of a new one and I was thinking that with all the combined knowledge of the BCF members that some may know what other cars use this steering column. Maybe there is one out there for sale?

Send me a PM; I have a '74 parts car with a complete column and a 'bunch' of individual pieces and parts that should get you on your way. Do you really need to replace the entire column?

What I am looking for is the upper column (outer part) but it would be easier if the assembly was complete with the inner column and good bushings. While trying to remove the inner column and upper rubber bushing I damaged my outer and I'm not sure that I can repair it so that it does not notice.

Call Scott Harper at Team Triumph in Warren Ohio. I was there two weeks ago and he had several. Used and in need of paint, but there should be ones worth purchasing. (330)392-7176

So far a few good leads and all I had to do was ask.
Thanks All,
Paulus
