Tr6 resto dash up-date

Here's some pic of my ongoing resto, I bought a veneer of ebay for 28 bucks, it's a madrona burl, using tightbond 2 wood glue and pressed it on with a clamping jig, today I bought a mini rotary tool from HF for $10, to finish the edges and the holes, it worked great== low speed and no power so it was slow but did not grab or chip the veneer. Put a couple of coats of poly on the dash door to see what it will look like and am pretty happy so far.

Tedious work, no doubt, but the results will be worth it.
