TR6 tr6 rear shock part number ???

having a hard time finding the kyb gr2 part number for my rear shock i want to replace... cant find a part number all the distributors just want to sell a conversion kit but don't mention what the kyb replacement is... i have the easy shock replacement version no cutting into the trunk... koni, kyb are preferred
 
The rear shock kit that I installed some 18+ years ago on my TR6 will cross reference with 1972-4 Ford Pinto wagon rear shock. If you shock is a bit shorter try the rear shock for the Ford Pinto coupe. Almost any brand of your choice is available for the Pinto.
 
What's the manufacturer and part number of the shock that's currently installed? If you have that you should be able to cross reference to another brand.

The ones I have on the shelf are from CarQuest. Part #1923138. If you have trouble finding a set, let me know. This set is a spare and I'd be willing to let them go.
 
the shock mount that is on my car must be custom since the top of the mount is much higher than any mount i have see on a tr6 it is a Gabriel shock but i don't have a part number, i checked the pinto route but they are too short the shock on the car fully extended is about 17.5"
