I've searched the forums for feedback on using the Easy-Mount Rear Conversion kit (the one with the brackets that mount to the original shock mounts) with 205/70-15 tires. I see varying opinions on whether this combination will work or not but I'm hoping to find someone out there who has or has tried this combination to see if there are in fact any clearance problems. Normal ride height with stock springs by the way.

My setup is exactly like you describe. I'm running 205/70/15 Yokohama Avid T4's on my 73 TR6. I have the easy mount rear shocks. I have no clearance problems and love the way the Yokohama's grip the road. Hope this helps.
