TR6 TR6 Lower RT/LT Crash Pads

I removed the left and right lower crash pads from the metal dash and I noticed that there is a metal support bracket the crash pads are glued to. I ordered new pads and was wondering if the metal bracket is included with the crash pad or I have to glue the new pads to my old bracket. The reason I'm asking is the brackets are a little rusty and I was going to bead blast them and paint them along with some other parts. If the brackets are included then I won't waste my time with restoring the old ones. The catalogs and manuals don't show this part so maybe it comes with the crash pads.

The metal bracket should come w/ the new pads..... if not, return them!
