TR6 TR6 Lower front valance section replacement

has anyone replaced this part only and is it a bolt on or is there some tack welding to the upper part needed.
in leu of fixing the rust holes TRF has one in stock

Good call Hondo - it is a major endeavor on a TR6 unlike a TR4.
