If i had a tr6-i'd have to have this! Just waaaay too sexy.If you look at spitbang's exhaust header, i'd have to have that too along with an electromotive control package for fuel and ignition (no dizzy-crank pick-up)

I look at pile of old parts and think what I could do with them but that new stuff just doesn't trip my trigger anymore...
 
Beautiful, though it is expensive.
I did like Spitbang's header in the other thread, too, especially the way the primaries came straight out from the ports then only curved gently instead of the tight radii you often see an inch from the port!
I would think you could use a Megasquirt system with the UK Lucas throttle bodies and get pretty decent results.

For what its worth, as a comparison, a complete Lucas mechanical injection system, suitable for the TR6 sold on eBay recently for $695.
Only trouble is that you would also need to up your CR to make it work nicely

Very nice, but you could build a killer engine with carbs for what this conversion alone will cost.

The sad part is that the price won't come down "because it catches on and starts to sell like hotcakes".

Problem with TWM is they don't stay with a product line.

I purchased their manifold and triple SK's back in about 87. Worked good. But when I went to get a non-Weber jet(I think it was accel pump or some such). They told me they quit carrying SK's.. Unfortunate, because I think they are a pretty good carb. Plus after spending better than a grand for a system I would hope for some backup down the road.

Well, I understand Pierce manifold sells them now, so in spite of white I was told by TWM(that SK went out of business) I am reluctant to "invest" any more money with an outfit that doesn't plan for support down the road on "classic and exotic" autos and components.
