TR6 tr6 horn

depends on the year of the car

According to these wiring schematics, the '69 TR6 doesn't have a relay, and the horns ground through the horn button. '70 and up show the horns grounding from the horn itself. I don't know if it grounds through the casing, or if there is a second terminal, then it would need a separate ground wire.

Dang, you're right. A relay was added to that circuit with the TR4A then dropped. apparently with the TR250. Not sure why they did that as adding a relay to that circuit greatly improved reliablity of the horns on my TR4.
