TR6 TR6 horn help please

I am trying to get my stock horns working for my TR6. I got my low tone horn working, but my high one is still not working. I am suspecting this because the copper coils look a little burnt. I do have some used spare parts for the horns I picked up. My questions are:
1) Are the round plates in the center that vibrate the same for low or high horns?
2) Are the top parts with the copper magnetic coils the same for either?
3) Is the reason for the difference in the high or low tones the fact that the sound goes through different shaped bases?
4) I don't seem to be getting power to the horns. What is the path of electricity to the horns and how do I test to see where path is broken? I should note that I did rebuild the steering, brakes, and suspension, and everything is well painted.

Any help is always appreciated.

Kevin, can't help you with the parts but I do know that the horns are marked "H" and "L". I also know that they are real persnickety to adjust. As for testing I used an old 12 volt battery to test them before I put them on the car. Also I could not get the domes to look decent using a rattle can so I had the fellow that painted my car paint the domes. Came out real purdy. I know there is a small booklet out there on wind tone horns. I just can't find mine at the moment. If you are interested I will hunt it down and copy it for you and send it on.

For what it's worth when my horns weren't working it was just a matter of checking and cleaning the little contact plates that the wires slip on to. Also, make sure everything is the way it should be at the horn switch behind the center of the steering wheel. As for the difference in tone this can be due to a slight variation of the diameter of the inside workings of the horn itself. Any constriction or expansion will raise or lower the tone.
