TR6 TR6 hood alignment

Replacing most of the trim as I just got my TR6 painted. Exactly where are the bonnet buffer wedges installed? I didn't have them originally, and I want to avoid the rattle chips along the edges of my hood. I have found the Moss & TRF diagrams a little vague. Also, the front and rear Hood Seals have a tapered top that curves; is the curve installed toweard the front or rear of the engine bay? Thanks.

Might take some pics to show where the rubber tabs go from someone or actual measurements, but I think at least on mine the front gasket at the grill and the gasket near the windscreen both curve toward the windscreen

Thanks. If anyone could post a picture of where their wedges are located it would be greatly apprciated.

If no one else does I'll take some pics and measurements this evening!

Each of your front fenders should have 4 small holes (2 sets of 2) on the inside of the fender. The wedges are mounted there. TRF plate FD item #55 shows them fairly clear. I can dig some PICS. I can tell you that the LH rear one is right above the horn&hazard relays.

The holes on the other fender are in the same place. Hope this helps!!

Absolutely perfect. Thank you TR4dude for the pictures, all guys great help. I do not have the four pairs of predrilled holes, but I can now easily mount my own. Thanks.
