How do I wire up the Hayden fan in pusher mode - specifically the yellow wire that is for the "key on" connection? Can this wire go to a position on the fuse box? If so, where and how (any pictures)? I'm not looking to do a manual switch, just basic installation.

"Key On" would be the White wire side of the fuse that protects the green wire circuits....
That means any time you have the ignition key in the ON/RUN position the yellow wire is going to get 12 volts...is that what you want ?

Sounds right, I'll give it a try.
The instructions for the fan say, "Yellow Wire: connect the yellow wire to any key activated circuit. The yellow wire must be connected to a full and constant 12 volt source. Low and fluctuating voltage will cause early relay failure. Red Wire: connect the red wire to the positive wire of the battery."
