Since I sand blasted the interior of my gas tank and the exterior, which I POR-15 the outside, is POR-15 sutiable for sealing the inside or do I need a specific product to seal the inside

I like the POR tank liner kit. I think you will be pleased.
 
Just completed a TR6 tank resealing. POR15 tank sealer works very well... Eastwood makes a kit too. So which ever you choose you will be as good as new.
 
Despite the dry appearance, the stuff is still wet. When I did mine the instructions said it took 96 hrs to cure. Good product!
