TR6 TR6 front glass question

I got my front glass today, is a spitfire and TR6 use the same glass? I got the glass in and when i went to peal the sticker off it said spitfire MK1,2,3 ... did I get the wrong glass???? if so why did it go in,,,

No worries: all Spitfires and GT6s through 1970 use the same glass (and essentially the same frame) as do all TR4-6!

A truly amazing thing that such different body designs use the same windscreen frame & glass. Purely an economic thing I suppose but I think it looks good on all of them.

I sometimes wonder if their new models came from a parts mix up on the assembly line...
