I checked Moss, VickyBrit and TRF, but no one seems to carry them.

Does anyone know of a vendor that carries them or should I be looking at a parts fender / original replacement?

I only need the very bottom of the fronts.
 
Decent fenders come up on ebay from time to time.
 
I had them made locally for my TR4 ($60 each) and then got them welded in. Any decent sheet metal person can probably do it.
