TR6 TR6 door rattles/weather stripping

Door rattle is driving me nuts. No weatherstripping on the car. Found some universal stuff atr Pep but it just touches the door. The guide pin is loose. I plan on welding back up. I have a bit of flex in the drivewrs side with the loose pin. I have some floor issues on that side. Passenger side isn't as bad. Any of you guys found a CHEAP weather stripping that works. Anyway to tighten up the latch? I tried adjusting it but it doesn't really adjust.
