TR6 TR6-Demolition vehicle.

Well, here's novel use of a TR6- a construction demolition
vehicle. A wall in the Mrs' orchid growin' room got 'et
up by termites, something fierce.

I started rippin' the rotten wall down, piece by piece.
A light bulb went off as sawdust fell on my head and into
my eyes and ears.

Wrap a steel cable around the bottom of the wall, the other
end to the skid plate and have the Triumph rip out all them
darned concrete fasteners in one fell swoop.

Worked like a charm. The wall is now sawed apart and hauled
over to Isla de Cabras where it resides in a trash can.

OK. You have a jeep with a hitch, and you chose to use the TR to pull down a wall? Do you have any idea how hard that is on your thrust washers?

Well as history demonstrates again and again-
Dale ain't no wrench.

But give me en empty piece of land, a pot full of money
and AutoCad software and I'll hold my own with anyone
when it comes to extreme wind designs OR

swimming pools------ designed my own and enjoy it a ton.

Some design advice.

Have your wife (or girlfriend) sit on a dining room chair with
her feet flat on the floor. Measure the distance vertically
in inches from her butt sitting flat to the top of her shoulders
That distance should be waterline to an underwater seating bench..

90% of pool time is spent in water less than 3 feet deep.
My pool has a continuous below water seating bench so the Mrs
and her girlfriends can sit comfortable on the underwater bench,
gab and their reach their plastic merlot stems. The deep end of
my pool is only 5 feet.

A major design clue! After one week, NO ONE uses diving boards.
One of my pals has a 9 foot deep pool. Everyone hangs in the
shallow end. I have never seen anyone use his diving board.
Save yer bucks and don't install one.

We have another incentive to eliminate diving boards here stateside. It's called insurance, or the lack thereof.

Bill- Not to bring politics into play but
ya better be real careful like with that itty
bitty, cozy, intimate pool. They had one on
Law and Order just last week. A career killer
plus jail time.


Many a politcal career has been backwashed as a result
of them tiny pools.

Just a fair warning. Just a warning, my friend.

Edit: Oh yeah- I sure hope you intend to build a nice
waterfall of natural grey stones to fit yer surroundings.
I'd go natural stone slabs for the pool edge copings as well.
Maybe flagstone walkways too. Avoid broom finished concrete.
Yer spot is too beautiful.
