So, I gotta pull the windshield frame to get the dash out? What I gotta unbolt and where?

Billy, you talking the dash front or the top??

Kelly, after getting the ones at the bottom of the windshield on the inside, there will be two one at each end, under the dash, 9/16 inch wrench, a really deep well socket would be nice. The bracket these two bolts set in can be adjusted to get the door window to line up., if you don't have to loosen them up, leave well enough alone. Work the frame back and forth and it should come out. Lots of WD 40 or what ever you use.

That should be good enough guys. Don, the top pad.

I'm "while I'm ating it"

Man, what a pain! Got the passenger side to break free but driver's is stuck good. Soaked it down w/ PB and letting it sit overnight.

Ours was pretty well stuck too and the only way we were able to remove it was with two people pulling together at the same time.

And coat the pegs and their threads with Anti-Seize when you re-install it.

So I lossen the outter bolt closet to me in the fender too right? it's not that i can't get it to pull out, I can't get it to break free. You can see the D.S is still wedged completely in the mount. P.S is free and I can pull it up . D.S just won't budge. It'll wiggle, but not inside the mount. I have the dash face and wheel off so I can see pretty good up in there. I've even been hitting it w/ the heat gun.

Is the removal of windshield and dash pad replacement close to the same on a TR4.
