TR6 TR6 convertible tops interchangeable between years?

Can you swamp tops between the years and still have them fit properly?

you can even switch tops with a tr4 or 250 with minimal work. i heard of a guy who put a surrey top on his, looked pretty good.

Depends on how long you intend to leave it in the swamp.
I imagine it would get pretty corroded after a while..... it might fit, but wouldn't fold anymore.... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

This is all part of my plan to give it a nice patina so it doesn't look over restored.
