I got the clutch out today and the throw out bearing was shot, clutch plate on its way out too. My new throwout bearing has a new sleeve and I noticed the old one had the anti roll/spin pin and the new one does not. Do I need one? How do you put it in and

so how are you suppose to install it, bent the new pin to fit in the hole past the flange and bend it back straight?

I believe the pin is supposed to come as part of the sleeve, and be too hard to bend. Also the holes are supposed to line up, so no need to bend the pin. So I would contact the people who sold you the apparently defective sleeve, and ask for a proper replacement.

I would have to dig up my receipts, I cant figure out who I bought the SACHS clutch kit from that included the release bearing and sleeve. Might just be easier as I alway do and just fix others screw up, Drill a hole an put a pin in
