TR6 TR6 Brake Squeak

My right front brakes are sqeaking loudly and it's embarrassing. I've tried the usual. Any tips out there?

On my TR3A, I found that aftermarket self-adhesive aluminum shims silenced the squeal. Found in the Help! section of my FLAPS. Cut to size with scissors and pasted on the back of the pads.

But they didn't help for long on the land yacht, so YMMV.

My shims seems to be working great! I replaced my brakes in the spring, pulled out the shims, cleaned them, and I have been squeel free ever since.
