Good Morning all,

I have a question concerning my 1973 TR6 brakes. Should I be able to lock the rear tires when applying the brake w/o the car running(not using power booster). Currently I can still spin the rear tire with the brake applied. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, applying the brakes with or without power assist should prevent you from turning the rear wheels by hand.
Adjust the hand brake cable and the brake shoes
The wheels should lock when the hand brake lifts 3 ...or 4 clicks at most.
