I found a new (new to me) web page that contains a data base of cars and movies. You can put in the make and model and it will give you movies that had the car and pictures of the car in the movie, in most cases.
There is no requirement to register to use the search feature. Triumph TR6 is the only one I looked at so far and there are many movies that have been ID containing some pictures of the car.

Great site!! I had seen lists before but having stills and detailing cars down to those used in background of shots it excellent.

Now how do I find a copy of the film "Échappement libre"? (Stars a TR4).
 
Thats a fun website...Spent a few nights going through the listings for just about every car I'd ever want to see.
