TR4/4A TR4a or TR6 top frame?

This is one of those opinion questions and since I haven't latched either one since the '70s I can't remember which is easier. If you were installing a top frame with the correct windshield and hardware which one would be easier to latch and more weather proof, the TR4a or the TR6? I've got everything I need to do a couple of each and want something that 70 yo hands can close easily.

Rut, I have had both and the TR4A would be easier on your hands, the handle for the 6 is kind of under the top and requires your hands to be in a cramped position. The 4A you just pull up a latch or pull one down. The folding is pretty much the same.

Thanks guys...would putting a TR4 header bar on a TR6 top frame have any advantage over a straight TR4a frame? I'm anticipating a 'stock' '67 4a and a modified TR250 clone along with a 'stock' '62 TR4 if I live that long (if my wife lets me). I'm putting together the parts I need to build these cars and I'm always looking for a bargain.

Will have to use the TR6 conv top, which only difference is the velcro over the door glass. It does help seal and doesn't flap as much while driving. I do like the TR4a latches and you can retain the original w/s frame to the car.
