Looks right for a TR4A?

Should put some extra strength to it. Have repaired several in the past few years. Have and early 6 that needs it now. Someone really butchered it up.

I'll take photos for you Sunday of the gussets and my Addco TR6 (7/8") front bar on my TR4A. The bar is mounted on a TR6 radiator guard.

The outer holes on the TR6 radiator guard are for the OEM sway mounting. The spacing on the addco brackets is wider and I had to make a new set. The bar is a 7/8" thick Addco bar made for TR6.

I checked my inner fulcrum bracket gussets and yours are placed the same. I'd have a photo for you but as you see, my frame is wrapped in plastic to protect it from the unfinished tub,

Another view of the Addco:

I would also suggest adding some weld along the top box edge on your brackets to give them strength (as seen in your photo #2.)

hth, more photos if needed...
