TR4/4A TR4A clutch pressure plate to flywheel bolt "torque value"?

I can't find this in the manuals. Does each bolt type have it's own torque value depending on size or is the torque always specific to the application?

20 ftlb for the clutch plate; listed in the engine section.

In effect, there is a default torque for every bolt, based on size, thread and material. Application specifications are often only given when there are changes from the default, or if the torque is critical to the application. I've got some tables at home, but not accessible at the moment.
