TR4/4A TR4A & 250 front bumper guards

As well as being a different shape etc.......Are the 4A & 250 front bumper guards [overiders] open at the back or 1/2 closed in like the TR4
 
TR4 bumper guards are bigger than the 4a/250. Without walking out to look at mine, I'd say the back is closed on top on the 4a/250 guards.

I just looked at one sitting on the shelf, from maybe a '66. It's open with no closing upper panel on the back. Heck, Triumph was too cheap by that time. Is the part # the same for the 250?
 
Open and located at the outboard bumper attachment bolt on 4A and 5/250.
And you can't just switch from one to the other as I recall, the bumpers, though the same shape, have different bolt holes and I think even different support brackets from the 4 to the 4A
