I just recieved my spare tire cover from TRF. How do the straps fold and connected to the car? Does anyone have a good picture?

Here's a picyure of my TR-4a. I assume it would be the same for a TR4. Because of the oversized spare tire, I made my straps a little longer.

In the pic you seem to be showing the top view of the cover, the straps just hang down the rear corners and attach to 2 male snaps there:

When you need to have open access to the spare tire area, just raise that boot floor, then sort of hyoer-extend the boot lid and tuck the edge of the floor behind the crossways boot lid reinforcing bar. Then lower the lid back on it's catch and the floor is held behind that bar.
