I cannot keep fluid in my steering box because of leaks. I put in new gaskets, olive nut, etc but it still leaks. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
Did you replace the rocker shaft oil seal? That's what usually leaks.
 
I have a 3 that has the same issue so I use Penrite Steering Box Oil (Moss carries it) which is of a heavy consistancy and stays in the box nicely.
I had my apron off a week ago and pulled the top off of the steering box and everything was nicely coated and topped up although you'll still get a bit of residue on the box in the normal areas but no drips.
You add the Penrite in the normal fashion thru the column.
 
IMO you need to replace the bushing as well as the shaft seal. When I did mine, I wondered why I hadn't done it years before; that (and other things done at the same time maybe) made a huge difference in the way the car drove.
 
Thanks for the replys. I did replace the rocker shaft seal. It seems to leaking out of the front than around the side. I also replace the bushing. It may be something as simple as the end cover gasket. I took it off yesterday and made sure it was seating properly. I haven't checked the leak since I did this. Next step is to order the Penrite.
