I had to order a new repro gas cap because the one I got with progect is from earier car with nut assembly and no vent in spring plate.The new later grommet style came with about a 1/32 vent hole in the sealing spring plate.Is this vent original syle and if so was it still used with the tank vent?
I already plugged tank vent and will use as is or enlarge hole.Not sure if its big enough now.
