Looks more like an exhaust system clamp?
Been many years between me and the last TR-bloody-3 I've touched but that'd be my startin' point for findin' matching mount points. Transmission bolts front and rear first, as it's a "hard" mount.

it would seem to be a bit different then the TR3A upper column clamp.
