My 59 TR3A generally starts and runs well. After one hour or more of driving in warm weather it starts to sputter in city traffic on acceleration. It still idles fine, but won't start when shut off. Sufficiently fast highway or freeway driving doesn't seem to cause this.
My theory is that the gas gets too hot on it's way to the carbs. What have others done to cure this?
Thanks!
