Well, my lovingly rebuilt master cylinder reservoir can is leaking at the bottom line joints. I need to replace it. Does any one out there have a decent, usable, non-leaking reservoir can they would be willing to sell me?
I know that both Moss and TRF carry replacement units but they are mighty proud of them.
Any way, let me know if you have one and are willing to part with it.

Thanks, Tinkerman

It's rebuildable, Dick -- IF the can itself is not rusted-out. The nipples on the bottom can be unscrewed, the whole thing cleaned out, and new washers/seals installed when you put it all back together.

Another sunny afternoon of good clean fun! (I did this to mine -- no leaks.)

Oooops -- I just re-read your post. You already DID rebuild it. "Bottom line joints?" You mean, where the side of the can joins the bottom of the can? If so, you're right, you need a new one...

I see 'em on eBay, frequently. The proverbial pig-in-a-poke, probably -- though, you could get lucky...

I should have said the bottom pipe fittings. As near as I can judge it is not leaking anywhere else. In fact the can is now about 2/3 empty and it stopped leaking. The can itself is in fairly good condition. Now that I'm in a better mood I may take it all apart put in more new washers and seal it all up and try it again.
But I will take a look at eBay.
