TR2/3/3A TR3A Door Handle

These are very easy locks to pick. If you can’t, any locksmith will be able to.

If I remember correctly, there is a cam lobe on the back of the barrel and that moves a bar in the back of the lock to lock. Often the bar becomes frozen in the locked position and the barrel cannot fall out. If the lock is unlocked and you drive the keep pin out of the side, the barrel should fall out. PJ took a couple apart for me and they were oxidized so much the lock was damaged beyond fixing.
