Does anyone have a part# for a 4psi radiator cap to fit a Wizard aluminum Radiator?
The only info they had was Stant #10328,which is 7psi.They said they got that number from some Triumph guy awhile back.I called stant and they give me #10208 which is 4psi,but they said they were not sure if it would fit.
Based on some info in previous posts I think I am limited to 4psi because I have an original type AC bellows thermostat installed.

Tom- Not sure if this helps, but the TR4 used the bellows thermostat as well - and the cap is a higher pressure, I believe limited to 6-7 psi. I would go with the 7 psi cap if you don't find an easy substitute.
 
I thought you meant the peaked hat that Randall wears.

The Stant part # 10208 is a 4 PSI cap and #10308 is a 4 PSI cap with a lever pressure release. Looking on line it would appear that these are for a short filler neck, not the longer one used on a TR3. The Stant website also lists them as TR4 parts.

NAPA has the long neck caps in both 4 and 7 PSI. Their part numbers are BK7031410 for 4 PSI and BK7031411 for 7 PSI.

Well from all the good info I have got from" TR3 Wizard"I could see how my post title may have mislead-
and I think it was Randall who mentioned the pressure limitations of the bellows,which I cant recall if it was in fact 4 or 7psi.

Thanks dave.I need the short 3/4 for this radiator.Just got off the phone with my local auto supply and they are getting me the 10308,with lever release for Monday.$5.95

I think your right Doc, Randall’s hat has that half-moon and star and they only come on the long neck 4 pound caps that are original for the stock tr3. You could run a 7 pound cap, but I would be concerned about using the stock heater with 7 psi in the tr3 because it really does take a wizard to fix one of those things.
