Ok, I give....Im trying to get the windscreen brackets off the body without damaging it, or the screws but it is going to take more than i'v thrown at it?
I could use some well earned advice Thanks

I used one of those "hit it with a hammer" impact wrenches. Worked like a charm. I think you can see the caged nuts, up inside the scuttle, if you need to soak 'em in rusted-thread loosener -- or if someone needs to keep the nuts from spinning with a vice grips.
 
Did the same as above (got the hammer at Sears (a great tool). The PB Blaster can be sprayed in from the backside (at the schuttle) and let it do it's work for 24 hours.

Thanks, I'm soaking them down now and I have an impact driver. BAM!
 
Yep, I favor the hand impact driver and a BFH. Worked for me on a number of occasions but let soak in PB Blaster or Kroil as suggested for about 24 hours.
