Got to install a new glass into my frame. How does one manage to remove the very small screws in the lower corners of the frame? Mine are stuck! Drill them out and tap?

Yep. You can retap, or in my case they were corroded enough I ordered new corner pieces. But I think drilling is the only way for most of those.

And use the rubber glazing strip (roll) like I used. Got mine from Moss. It's the right texture, the right width and and most important - the right thickness.

I would separate the window into smaller workable sections if you have not done that already. You can cut the lower rubber in half and this will help you separate the two end pieces into workable sections. Then take a small right angle pick and rip out the rubber from under the screws on the corner piece. This will give you some wiggle room to drop the little corner piece down and then you should be able to grab the small rough threaded slotted screws with small vise grips and remove the screws.
