Where is a good place to buy new Wind Wings for my TR3
Thanks

Have you checked Ebay? I thought I saw a brand new pair currently at a very low price. Of course that can go skyward quickly but it might be a good place to try to pick up a pair for a decent price.

I got a real good deal on a pair on eBay -- they were unused and looked good in the photo but upon arrival I found the plastic was warped. Usable, but they are my 'beater' pair.

Also -- I would suggest replacing the little grubs screws on the mounts with allen wrenched cap screws. Much easier to work with and less likely to break or otherwise fail.

Moss has them, or you can go with something like LBCarco, probably $75-ish is as low as I've seen them. There is a UK ebay dealer who will sell them at that price delivered, though I have no experience on reliability or quality of the product.

Original Amco ones might show up on ebay, but I've yet to see them, and I bet they go for big bucks if they are in good shape.

I see NOS Amcos on eBay fairly frequently, but they are always asking about $259 for 'em. Given that, I think the Moss one's I got through LBCarco are just fine!
I waited for a sale. I think they were under $70, but not much under.

If you get the Moss ones, they come assembled wrong, and the instructions they provide are wrong in the same way. It's a small matter. What you will need to do is disassemble the hinges, and flip the clamps around, so that the clamping screw is towards the inside of the car. According to previous discussions here, that's the way they came originally, and they do work better that way.
