TR2/3/3A TR3 Wheels

According to TRA's Concours Guide, stock steel wheels (as well as wires) for the TR3 was 15" X 4 1/2". Very early TR2s (up to TS1869) were 15 X 4. The 4 1/2" size stayed until the end of the TR4A.

Note that wheel width (and diameter) is measured inside the flange, where the tire bead sits.
